Order Cancellation & Returns policies

Cancellation Policy

  • The order can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Any cancellation within the period shall have no cancellation fees or charges.

  • In no case, the order can be canceled after 12 hours of purchase even if it is not dispatched or sent/out for delivery.

  • The dispatched and order out for delivery cannot be canceled.

  • The period of cancellation may vary from product to product if it is specifically mentioned in the description and details of the product. In case of non-availability, the cancellation period of 12 hours shall be considered as a cancellation period.

  • If the product is wrong/other than the order being delivered to the customer's doorstep, it can be returned with its original packaging and condition. The damaged packing and product shall not be eligible for return.

  • If the company or its dealer cancels a prepaid order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. In such a circumstance, the company or its dealer is not obligated to pay any compensation, loss, damage, or claim to the customer. Further, it shall not be considered as any deficiency of service.

  • The company shall have all rights to accept and reject any cancellation.

  • The cancellation policy may be changed, amended, modified, or withdrawn by change of time, law, and rules and the Company has all right to act without any prior notice to the customer.

Return and Replacement Policy

  • All saleable products may not have the same return policy.

  • The product is damaged during transit and shall be returned to the Dealer. The company has no role or responsibility to give return/replacement of such damaged products.

  • The Customer shall verify and check the product immediately on its receipt and in case of found damaged/cracked/broken that shall be informed to the dealer or company within working hours on the day of delivery.

  • Any mishandling of / installed product by the Customer/its Plumber or Dealer will not be acceptable for return or replacement.

  • Any return and replacement request for damaged/cracked/broken on the next day of delivery will not be acceptable.

  • The Customer is eligible for Return and replacement, in case of manufacturing defects without any cost only after inspection by the company’s authorized technician.

  • In the event of replacement, the customer shall bear the cost of delivery only. All costs related to plumbing and masonry work shall be borne by the customer. The company shall not be held responsible for reimbursing any cost, loss, or damage caused to the customer.

  • For all products, the returns/replacement policy stated on the product page takes precedence over the general returns policy.
