Important Announcement to Physical Shareholders

We would like to inform you that to protect the interest of the investors in the Securities Market, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its Circulars dated 3^rd November, 2021, 14th December, 2021, 25^th January, 2022 and 16^th March, 2023 specified the Common and simplified norms for processing any Investor Service Request of Shareholders by Registrar & Share Transfer Agents (RTAs) and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details and Nomination.

Circulars issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) are as under:

Investors holding shares in physical form are required to furnish all above details immediately from the date of issue of aforesaid SEBI Circular, failing which all such physical folios shall stand frozen with effect from October 1, 2023, by the RTA of the Company.

• Form ISR-1 – Registration of PAN, KYC details, BANK, Mobile No., and Email-ID or changes / updation thereof.
