Important Announcement to Physical Shareholders

We would like to inform you that to protect the interest of the investors in the Securities Market, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) through various Circulars, specified the Common and simplified norms for processing any Investor Service Request of Shareholders by Registrar & Share Transfer Agents (RTAs) and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details and Nomination.

Investors holding shares in physical form are required to furnish all above details to the Company / RTA.

PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND ONLY THROUGH ELECTRONIC MODE ON OR AFTER 1ST APRIL, 2024

  • Form ISR-1 – Registration of PAN, KYC details, BANK, Mobile No., and Email-ID or changes / updation thereof.
